Gatwick International Airport is London's second largest airport and the seventh largest international airport in the world, based on passenger traffic. Many charter airlines and the low-cost carriers such as Ryanair and EasyJet have bases at Gatwick Airport.
There are a number of good hotels located near Gatwick Airport (LGW), south of London.
London Gatwick is situated 48 kilometers south of London England.
The Gatwick Express train service connects Gatwick Airport to London's Victoria Station. Trains depart every 15 minutes and the journey takes about half an hour. The journey costs around £9.50.
The Flightline Airbus service runs from Gatwick Airport to the Victoria Coach Station and takes about two hours. The ticket price is around £8.
A coach service is available to transport passengers between London Gatwick, London Heathrow and London Stansted.
